Programs for Teens

A wide variety of services are available through the Teen Services Department to help students in seventh through twelfth grades meet their unique educational, informational and recreational needs.  Materials, including fiction and non-fiction books, videocassettes, and audiocassettes are selected specifically for teens.  These materials coupled with the frequent school and library communications allow Librarians to successfully assist students with homework, projects and summer reading.  Specialized reference services, bibliographic instruction and readers' advisory are also provided by the professional staff.  Programs, such as Internet Instruction and Babysitting Workshops, are held for Young Adults.   For more information you may call 939-6710 x103 or x110.
